These terms and conditions govern the provision of consulting and engineering services by wowIT GmbH. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

wowIT GmbH provides IT consulting, software architecture, cloud engineering, and related professional services. Specific services, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered professionally and in accordance with industry standards. While we strive for excellence, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed. Project success depends on various factors including client cooperation and external dependencies.

Contracts and Agreements

Individual projects are governed by specific contracts or statements of work. These documents define scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation. All agreements are subject to Swiss law and jurisdiction.

Fees and Payment

Professional fees are based on time and materials or fixed-price agreements as specified in project contracts. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of wowIT GmbH.

Liability

Liability is limited to direct damages up to the value of the specific project contract. Indirect damages, consequential losses, or lost profits are excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client pays for services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms and all project agreements are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Luzern, Switzerland.
